I am a qualified and experienced accountant and tax adviser, offering a personal and professional service to a wide range of clients, most of whom have been with me for many years. My objective is to help individuals and businesses to run their accounts and tax affairs efficiently and profitably.

I first qualified with PricewaterhouseCoopers, and stayed with them for seven years before setting up my own practice more than twenty years ago. I am based in Harpenden, Hertfordshire, but my clients are scattered over a wide geographical area, and usually conduct their business with me by telephone and e-mail. However, clients are always welcome to visit me personally, or I will visit them.

I communicate with my clients in plain English, not accountancy and tax jargon. All my clients receive at least two free mailings a year from me, the first one shortly after the Budget in the Spring, pointing out any changes that may affect their future investment and tax planning. The second goes out in December, to remind clients when tax payments are due and to update them on any proposed tax changes put forward in the Government’s Pre-Budget Report.In addition I send out other mailings, as and when necessary, to alert clients to changes in law or tax practice which may affect them.
